2024 INTENSIVE WORKSHOP REPERTOIRE

Repertoire-Piano

Maximum of 10 pianists at the Intensive Workshop.

Unless otherwise arranged, participants will be in 2 different ensembles. On the registration form, please indicate the 2 works you wish to work on in your coached ensembles. 
 
Click on Rep button below to explore some ideas for pieces. You may choose from the list and/or select your own repertoire. Consider a work with winds or mixed winds/strings/piano.

Be sure to listen and look at the score before making your final choices.

Level can vary by movement. Please choose appropriately for your level.
 
 
We will include your repertoire selections in the choices for wind and string participants
 
Parameters:

• Choose 12 -15 minutes of music per ensemble. Be prepared to play your selection through at a consistent tempo at the outset of the Workshop.
   

• Single movements are permissible.

• Limit 1 trio. For reasons of grouping, we encourage groups larger than a trio. As part of a trio, your tuition dollars do not stretch as far towards hiring your coach. Rather than raise costs for pianists across the board, the trio surcharge will help offset these costs.
